La commercialisation est assurée en bouteilles et en vrac, auprès d’une clientèle de particuliers, cavistes et professionnels CHR. Outil de travail fonctionnel et rentable, avec un potentiel de développement par l’augmentation de la vente directe en bouteilles. La reprise peut s’effectuer par l’acquisition des actifs ou des parts de la structure d’exploitation existante. Capacité de commercialisation actuelle d’environ 50 000 bouteilles/an, avec potentiel de montée en puissance. Trois marques sont incluses, dont deux déposées (une à renouveler). Vente proposée hors stocks et hors avances aux cultures. 🇬🇧 English version (UK) – Sales & Marketing (website format) An operating organic-certified wine estate, producing primarily Monbazillac wines, complemented by Bergerac red wines. Sales are currently split between bottled wine and bulk wine, distributed to private customers, wine merchants and the on-trade (hotels, restaurants, cafés). A fully operational and profitable business, offering further upside through the development of direct-to-consumer bottled sales. The transaction may be structured either as an asset deal or as the acquisition of shares in the existing operating company. Current commercial capacity is approximately 50,000 bottles per year, with clear growth potential. Three brands are included, two of which are registered (one renewal pending). Sale proposed excluding wine stock and crop advances.
